Here is how you configure your flash player for using quirli from the local filesystem.

First, go the Global Security Settings Panel page by using this link directly from your browser.

1. Select to edit the locations
2. Add location

3. Add the quirli webroot directory as a whole or the mediaelement/flashmediaelement.swf file specifically

4. Check that your location shows up in the list the trusted locations.
